if you unplug the power supply cable the black light stay on, when you plug the supply cable to the main broad the black light keep turning on and off. Had a tv guy told if you unplugged the power supply cable and the black lights stay on it’s the main broad in this case it’s doesn’t stay on when it plugged in. Maybe the ribbon???? Help me please

@ronvasquez I am a bit confused by what you are saying/doing. Probably because I am old so it takes me a bit longer to understand Try to clarify what is going on with your TV and what model your TV is.
To check your power-board you need to:
Disconnect the power cord
Disconnect the main board from the power board
Plug the power cord back into the power board
If your backlights come on, your power-board is (most likely) okay.
