Iphone did not recognize the lightning adaptor which I use for headphoes asa well as for charging , It recognize it when I use it for charging but not recognize when I use earphones, To use earphones I have to put charger in it for one time and it start working but when I remove it and again put it back in phone its not work

I would imagine you are talking about a Qi charger and not an adapter as cables do not have preference as for the device. If the same “not recognizing the other device” issue happens both with headphones as with the phone it might be a fault in the charger.
