Phone not turning on even though I got a new battery and charing port

I have a galaxy note 9 that i rarely used, after some time it didnt work anymore. I saw the phone getting rounder and when i opened the phone the battery was pregnant. So i changed it but the phone didnt turn on. I let the battery charge for a day and still it didn't work. I went out and bought a multimeter to test the charging port, the charging port was fine. But when i tested the place that the battery connects to i only got 0.1 Volt en 0 amps. I even tried to turn the phone on but the amps didn't change. I really don't know what is wrong and i hope you can jelp me fix it.

Short: phone doesn't work even though the battery is new and the charging port works (the place where the battery connects looks faulty)
