I want to know that Spen is working, after change the touch glass?

In my Samsung S7 fe tablet is cracked okay. then after I want to change the front glass only that means without LCD. I need to know after the "s pen "will be work or not. Please explain clearly. Because I want to change the touch only. so I wait for your answer eagerly .thank you
