My pc display screen white colour flashing display

The pc display screen is flashing white colour but other working properly I connected to HDMI to Tv screen other working properly but pc display screen white I searched YouTube say uninstall display driver I uninstall drivers HDMI doesn't giving the output on the what can I do now
