Why is my Theragun mini turning off when it starts?

I think there is hair or lint stuck up in the shaft or gears, how do I open and fix?

The mecanism inside is twisted in a position that dose not allow it to go in and out. You must oppen it and find a way to redo all the brackets that have scrues to hold things in there place. It is closed by to much ptesure on the gun while in use, all the percution shock went back it to it.s joints

You can attemt to sin the ball head left and right to find a good position. Also lubrication of the arm can be an issue
