Did dad blow the bearings
Part 59 (i think it covers a bearing wheel?) Has dropped and wont stay in place. The trimmer spins sluggish and stops with any resistance. Can I fix this?

Sorry, it was in the parts list displayed on this site when I looked this up. It's a small cover at rhe base of the shaft before the string assembly
