Why won't my PS4 power on but it beeps 3 times when I hit eject?

I went to move my PS4 to another room. It was working fine but sometimes before the power button wouldn't work but if I put a game in it it would power on. But when I moved it to the other room I plugged it up and it wouldn't come on. It won't even take a disc in it anymore but the eject button will beep 3 times if I hit it.
