Try first basic step, disconect the TV from Wall, Press and hold powerbutton for 30second. Powerbutton on TV not on remote control. After plug again to Wall and turn it on

@teresahwyckoff what is the exact model for your TV? What have you checked? Did this just start all of a sudden or did anything happen to your TV? HAve you checked all video inputs/channels to see if there is a change?
