Hmmm, odd I can't find an official error code online. I stumbled upon this website

Which suggests its a problem with the flash memory or NAND, and they ultimetly recommend Factory Resting your console. Be aware this will erase everything, so proceed with the utmost caution. Wishing you the best of luck.
