I try to activate my hotspot from my FairPhone 4. It my laptop is not get the internet signal from my FairPhone 4.

When you say well, speeds on your laptop are slow? If you run a speed test on your phone (just trying going to fast.com, it’s not the most accurate, but it will get you a rough number).
