My laptop is broken, there is no voltage to the battery and the charge

I hope you doing well, I think there is many answers for your question, let's start with easy one

1-Make sure if the laptop charger work properly good to eliminate the charger issues.

2-Remove battery if it is external battery, disconnect the charger from your laptop, press and hold power button for 30 second and try to power up the device if it is working congratulation if not follow the next step

3-Broken dc jack (just fix it and the laptop will work again).
