Airplane mode stays on for Samsung A71

Hi, I have a Samsung A71 android cell phone. Recently, the airplane mode stays on at a light blue color when I stop using Wi-Fi. Because airplane mode shows on Im not able to use my cell phone carrier network.

I've completed the bulleted steps below, but the airplane mode issue persist. What can I do?

• Completed factory reset
• Removed and reinstall SIM card
