My New 2ds XL Won’t Turn On
My 2ds won’t turn on for anything. Lights stay on like normal, but it it’s staying black screened. It seems to charge properly, though, No sound either.

This doesn't sound like any hardware problem I've heard of, so let's assume it's software. Try this:
- Take out the SD and game cards.
- Put the SD back in
- Leave the console open and powered on for 10-15 mins. Don't touch it while you wait.
- If it boots by then, your 2ds is fixed and good to go
If that doesn't work, you can also try safe mode (boot holding L + R + A + D-Pad Up (not the circle pad)), and update from there.
