One o the wheels stoped to move freely, you can force an it spin, but you felt it being blocked by the internal wheel plastics, this "pin" is in just one wheel, not sure it was always out or is part of another damaged mechanism.

I had the same problem with mine. I was able to pop the tab off the wheel. There’s a tab near the top on the inside that you have release with a very small flathead screwdriver. Then pry it out with another screwdriver (had my wife help with a 2nd set of hands)
Then I was able to use that screwdriver and tap it back in with a hammer through one of the holes on the wheel.
