Break Light Issue on 97 GM 1500

My wife own a 97 GM 1500, we’re having the issue that only one light lights up when applying the brake. I’ve changed the brake switch, rear light brake harness, bulbs and circuit boards. All fuses are good all around….did I miss something? Can anyone help with this issue?
