My 3ds shows an orange charge light but won’t power on.

When I try to power my 3ds on nothing happens. If I plug it in the orange charge light is there and works as intended yet the 3ds still does not turn on. I already tried replacing the button board and battery but nothing has worked. I also have tried multiple chargers. Please help.
