Why won’t my sync button work on console

All the other buttons on my console work but the sync button wouldn’t I tried all the small stuff resetting the Xbox using usb cables but they won’t get my controller to sync to it, so I decided to replace the module today and when I press it no blinking nothing but every other button will work I have no clue my I can’t get anything from the sync button
