Strange behaviour after plugging USB in on Dualshock 4

Hi,

I have a dualshock 4 controller that works perfectly fine if I use it with Bluetooth only except for the fact that after being plugged in the PS button stops responding, ie. you get no white flashing when trying to turn it on as if the controller is completely dead, it still charges and I get a blinking orange light when it's plugged in, this behaviour also continues after unplugging. the only thing you can do to remedy it is to use the reset button on the back at which point the PS button starts to function correctly again, Even if you plug in the controller while it is paired to a pc via bluetooth you won't be able to turn the controller off by holding the PS button for 10seconds as if the PS button completely breaks. Could this be a problem with the MCU on the JDM-055 main board?
