No display, no sound, Red light blinks for 30 seconds

LG 55LM6700

On plugging power the Red light on front lights up, on pressing power button Red light starts blinking for 30 seconds and then again light up still, and pressing power button again same cycle repeats.

I already checked power board PSU outputs it has all voltages as mentioned in chart on board. Voltages appear only when it blinking. The LED light in secondary section of power board never lights up neither it has any voltage.

General input/ output chart on board mention 4 different output voltages 3.5v, 12v, 24v, 76.8v but the output connector port pins configuration listed only 3.5, 12, 24 v. Don't know how/ where to verify 76.8v?

I tried replacing power board with the one bought from eBay but it's same.

@adilakram that voltage is most likely used for your backlight. Unplug your backlight connector and see if that changes the behaviour of the power board. Any change with the power LED blinking? If so there may be issues with the backlight LED's. If it is not, then the chance are high that this is actually related to the main board and not the power board since it supplies all the proper voltages. Post some pictures of all of your boards and verify that your TV is a LG 60LM6450

Hi, thanks for helping. You're right TV model is LG 55LM6700, I couldn't find it in the list while posting question and no option to add that's why I selected closest matching model.

If issue is backlight LEDs, can I verify with flash light method to check display?

If any backlight bad, does system detects and not starting display and flashlight method doesn't work?

There are 4 output connectors on power board, I could figure out pin configuration of only 1 and verified voltage what about other connectors one of others I believe is input signals to power board (not sure), I'm not professional mechanic.

I've posted another pic for power board close up of other connectors, can you guide which is backlight power.

will depend. Some LG's check and if they do not gt the voltage resistance from the backlight, they will not turn on. That is why I wanted you to disconnect the backlight from the power board. See if that makes a difference in the blinking.

I disconnected backlight connectors and tried to power up, it's behaving same no difference.
