Why does the tower of my AM07 Dyson fan rotate even when turned off?

The tower of my AM07 Dyson fan has recently started rotating continuously, even when the fan is turned off and no air is blowing. Is this a problem with the motor, and is it fixable?

I’ve found a multiple posts with people commenting about similar issues with the Dyson TP02.

3 Faults were answered in this video. The Answere of this fault is in the middle part. Only lower case must be deassembled for this Failure. Outocopler and capacitor must be exchanged! I have the same failure and will order Parts next time.
