My phone does not remember the screen lock pattern. I am sure I tape the correct pattern. It asks me to reboot the phone, but it contains data I really need.Do you have any idea please?

Outside of factory resetting the phone there is likely not much you can do, there are some tools out there which claim to be able to help with this, but I wouldn't trust them myself.
