So my phone died. i lost my charger so i find it, plug it in and then it turns on. then i let it charge and it doesn’t work anymore? it doesn’t turn on or anything. can someone help?. i turned it into the store and im getting a new one but i tried the method of the volume button and what not. it’s weird?

Hi juigu,
If this problem is occurring when you unplug your device, it would seem most likely to me that your battery has died. In this case, you could replace the battery with a new one without having to get a whole new phone. It would seem strange for this problem to occur if the phone is only from 2020 but it is possible. If this is not the case for you, I would like to ask, has your phone come in contact with water or any other liquid recently, or has it been damaged in any other way? If so, it could be a board issue. Also, if you have ever opened up the phone, you could have damaged something internally without realizing it when doing so.
