My device will not turn on when it's plugged into the wall. It is receiving no power at all when plugged in and the battery will not charge at all as well. I'm not sure exactly what to do to get it fixed or if there is a place where I can buy replacement parts to attempt a repair. Can anyone help me?

It happened today with my JBL Partybox ON-THE-GO. The speaker was neither switching on nor showing any light for charging while power cable was plugged in.
I tried to use various combinations watching YouTube videos but found the that Bluetooth and Power button pressed together for 10 or more seconds brought back the speaker.

Thanks Bros and Sis, I just won a JBL Party Box on the Go in a lottery, now I know what to do once this happens to my Box.
I have a dragonfly t8000 party speaker no power at all it's new I checked the fuse it was blown ,I put a new one in it still no power.do you know what it could be.

@luigi25th, There are a couple of things to try, before taking it apart to replace something.
Use a DMM (digital multimeter) to check the output voltage on the charger, as it could be gone. If it shows no or very low voltage, you know that it’s your charger that needs to be replaced.
It could also be the battery that’s toast, because some systems have a security system built in that will prevent charging and powering on, if the battery is dead.
If you find that the output voltage is OK, you’ll have to disassemble the device in order to gain access to and replace the battery. I believe that the part number for the battery is: SUN-INTE-265

When I plug my speaker the power button turn orange and it’s not showing that is charging. When I unplug it, it just disappeared. I tried everything! I think that maybe it might be the battery. Can you help me? thanks!
I bought a party box 310 that wasn’t charging and the issue ended up being that the battery was too depleted for the speaker to charge it. To fix it I pulled the side panel off and removed the battery and took it down to battery world to plug it in to their smart charger, charged the battery for half hour then put it back in the speaker and problem solved. Now it works perfectly. So if the battery is too dead, it won’t charge in the speaker.

Mine won’t turn on, but if I leave it unplugged for a while and plug it in, the dots above the power button light up (except the first closest to button) then nothing happens. I even tried letting it die and quickly pressing power when it lights up but nothing. Tried it 5 times, out of 5 once it turned on but I couldn’t turn it off. Not sure if a battery problem or a power switch prob.
I’ve abused this speaker for years and it hasn’t popped so I know I can get more out of it. Hoping someone can help instead of me spending 500+ tax on a new one.
Also called a local repair shop and they want 45 to inspect then parts and labour on top. lol if that exceeds 200 I might as well buy the 120 with swapable battery. Idk what to do. I think it’s the battery but I’m no expert.

My blue tooth speaker is not working I plugged it into wall and turn it on and it say blue tooth and blue light come on then it cut off when red light come on will not play keep cutting off

What is the manufacturer and model of your speaker?
My speaker doesn’t turn on anymore. I Thought the battery was dead, so i measured it and it was. Now i bought a new battery and it still won’t turn on. Has anyone any clue?
