75SM8670PUA Freezes, Dims out, and Returns Every 3 Seconds(ish)

Woke up one morning to it exhibiting this behavior.

The screen has one horizontal line across the bottom (maybe 1/4 the way up), this line turns into an area that dims like the TV passes out, the darkness just grows until mostly black and then returns to normal (except the horizontal line stays) for about 3 seconds, then it repeats.
The sound works 100% of the time.
This behavior occurs on any screen (no signal screen, web, all hdmi's, TV Channels, Netflix, menus, etc.)

Occasionally when I turn it on to mess with it, it will only do this behavior once, then the whole screen will stay black with the backlight on, there is response to the volume level when this occurs. Shutting off for a bit will return the first behavior.
