Aspen A1046 Plugged in. Not Charging

I'm plugging the tablet in but it's not Charging I've switched chargers and outlets multiple time but the tablet won't charge.

Mine is not charging either. I am on USB and no help= updating- no help- changed adapter and wall recepticals- no help updates says current Has anyone found resolve? please and thanks
