Mouse and internet are not working

After replacing my graphics card and rebooting my PC my mouse and internet are not working. I have tried plugging my mouse in else where and it won't work i have tried a different Ethernet cord and it did not work. I also tried a different mouse and it did not work as well.

Try using a different USB port on your PC. If you use a USB hub between the device and the PC, make sure the hub has power. If it's still not working, try removing the USB hub and plugging the device directly into a USB port on the PC.
