Can I keep shsh for ios if I restore

i have an iphone 5s with fmi off but it when booted up it has hello, slide to set up. i dont know what version but its pre ios 10. if i were to find the version then restore to that version in 3utools would it work or give me some kind of error. asking because i would like to save the slide to unlock. update: found out it was 9.3.5 and restoring with 3utools didnt work. any tips to keep 9.3.5 would be nice

I too want to go back to 9.3.5 or older.

@beanman56 You can't go back to an older firmware unless you saved the SHSH blobs.
