How to remove the contacts that are soldered to the board?

The batteries contacts are soldered to the board. How do i get them off without breaking the contact parts? and how do i get them to stick onto the new batteries? (I don’t have a soldering iron)

Did you review the sidebar question about battery type? Soldering is a way to melt low temperature metal alloys to around 750F and electrically 'glue' similar metals compatible with solder. A 25-30 watt solering iron and youtube guides should help you. Practice soldering small wires then try desoldering the battery tabs, Solder braid, solder sucker are two tools used to remove excess solder.
