Hello I have a low usage question.

I use my iPhone7 once a month for about 15 mins.

Is it better for the longevity of my phone and battery to be turned off when not used or shall I keep it powered while making sure my battery is charged between 20% to 80% at all times. Thank you. CS

as someone who also rarely uses my Iphone 7+, I would say to just power it down because it hasn't received updates since September, (even though a iPad with the same processor got Ios 16 somehow???) and its better because no matter the device you should power it down at least once a week, and its not worth doing that every week just because you are using it for a few minutes every month. So I would say just power it down
