Hi, the dimensions of the battery are approximately: 4.7 x 29.2 x 25.4 mm

@Albert Cor - Energy density is more a factor of chemistry for the given physical space (volume).
Right now we are at a plateau, the current Lithium Ion battery chemistry is the densest we have.

According to the iFixit page for the Apple Watch Ultra, it is a 542 mAh / 2.07 Wh battery
