Hi Omar,

I'm confused about your question. You mentioned it's a new phone but you can't get past the PIN number? If it's a new phone, didn't you set the PIN number yourself? Or is it asking for a PIN number somehow associated with the SIM card? Give us a little more to go on and we'll do what we can to help.
