i have huawei y7 2019 when i connects it to charger it shows charging but not increasing percentage change the charging jack but have still same issue ?? can any one help me ??\

Personally, before the charger port, my first step would be replacing the battery. Generally speaking, as the batteries age, they don’t charge well or even at all in some cases.
This is providing you have tried using different leads, plugs and socket.

Changed the charge port or tried another charger? If charger then I'd fit another charge port. If you fitted a new charge port then go over the solder joints again. You could always try a new battery too.
