Is the Wi-Fi greyed out in settings? If it is you will need to replace or reball the Wi-Fi IC. To do this you will need experience in microsoldering.

I assume that it might be a wireless receiver chip issue. One last try , enable the airplane mode and then try to turn on wifi if it’s not working then hardware to be checked

There are many reasons for the issue , the most probable solutions are Restart, switch-off if nothing works try "Reset Network Settings" this will work and it'll erase all your stored Wifi passwords.
No it's not working. I done factory reset also. But still it's not working
