AOC Monitor turning on and off, buzzing, and moving horizontal lines

Hi all,

My monitor recently started to turn on and off every couple seconds, as well as (when it's on) moving horizontal lines up the screen. Sometimes it might constantly be on but move between showing a clear image and showing the lines (also every couple of seconds). When the screen is on and distorted there is an accompanied buzzing sound.

The monitor is an AOC i2481fxh which uses the lm238wf2-ssk1 lcd panel. I've taken it apart and there doesn't appear to be any damaged components on the circuit boards. The buzzing sound is coming from what I believe is a 10uH inductor (the black disc pictured below) on the lcd driver board which I believe helps supply the DC-DC IC to the right of it.

Does anyone have any thoughts? Any help would be appreciated thanks.
