My screen is dark blue

This could be a main board, power board or panel issue. You will have to remove the back panel and do a visual check first. Check for any scorched, odd looking or missing component. Take some good pictures of your boards and post those with your QUESTION. Also, for any checks you will need a multimeter and remember that schematics are not available for Vizio TV's.
