Half of screen unresponsive

Hello! My A71 5G was having screen flickering and some pixilation yesterday. I switched off adaptive brightness and blue light filter. It worked okay for the evening and up to this afternoon. Had some ghost touching and now the right side of the screen is unresponsive. I checked the water damage sensor in the sim card slot and it is not tripped (I spilled water on the counter it was on a few days ago and quickly dried so had to check). Any hope or should I submit a warranty claim?
