1 MacBook air 11" does not acknowledge the battery and won't charge
The ifixit battery was purchased and replaced over a month ago and seems to be have been fine.
After a day of failing to boot (plugged in or not) we disconnected the battery and now the computer seems to work fine.But after reconnecting the battery, the computer still operates normally when plugged in, but does not acknowledge the battery and therefore will mot charge it.Any ideas of what to do / what’s wrong?

person who pulled out battery is not avail right now, will try tomorow. thanks

hi again Dan, the battery installed makes it so the machine doesn't boot so using coconut battery isn't possible
