I get the spare part (J6951 Battery FPC Connector) but I have no idea how to fix this BMU Cable Connector (6-pin) to the Mac Book A1706 mother board.

One would use a hot air station with a small nozzle and using shielding to protect the components that surround it (captan tape)
Carefully heating both the left and right sides where the connector is soldered down to the logic board. Don’t go to hot with the air stream take your time the connector should float off once its hot enough. Going to hot will melt the plastic which is not what you want with the new connector. Use solder-wick to clean the pads and some isopropyl alcohol to clean off the flux and any other residue. Carefully tin the pads with fresh solder and a bit of flux place the connector on the pads in the proper alignment and reheat one more time so the connector is soldered down. Clean things up one more time! Thats it!

i plan on doing this repair myself, where can i get that specific hot air station with small nozzle, is it a soldering tool specifically or is it a heat gun of some sort, dont want to order the wrong thing

Unless you are planning on building a business doing this level of repair the needed gear is quite expensive. I’m sure you can find someone with the tools and developed skills for a lot less.
You may not need to replace the connector if the latch is missing as you can pop a replacement from a spare unit.
the latch is still there its just that its no longer attached to the motherboard, might need to order the 6$ part since it got chipped a bit, but the 6 points are still intact, i tried to put it on the motherboard and stick the ribbon in and put tape on the top to hold but it wont transfer any current like i thought it would

@officialrickyb - If you lifted the full connector you likely tore off the thin copper foil traces where the connector is soldered down.
This will require tracing back the copper lines to a place you can patch in a piece of thin wire to connect the solder joints of the connector.
You’ll need to get the schematics and board view drawings to figure out were you can splice in the needed patches
As far as a cheap soldering kit these kits are not really worth the price. I think you may want to seek out someone with the deeper skills if this system is important to you. If your trying to learn and want to start up a repair business this not the best one to learn on.
