Poor agitator movement otherwise ok

Hello Brent, when the washing machine is off, empty and with the doors open, can you spin the drum by hand? it should feel heavy, but it also be easy to spin , like a car wheel when it’s lifted up for a tire change. maybe there is something stuck between spinning drum and the main drum , i’ve pulled out dozens of socks out of the drum seal at the front. it also could be the drum bearings, but it’s rare to fail. good luck.
