LG Fortune 2 Volume buttons not working

So I have an LG Fortune 2, and the volume buttons have stopped working. The volume down button does work, but very rarely and needs to be pressed extremely hard. The volume up button doesn't work at all, so I am wondering what the easiest way to fix this would be.
