My smartband has been on charge for the past 3 days. Can't charge it.

My smartband has been on charge for the past 3 days. It has not been used for a long period of time. I want to use it now but its not turning on. I tried putting it on charge but no response whatsoever.

If the smartband has not been used or has not been kept charged for a long time then most probably the battery has become depleted beyond recovery and needs to be replaced.

I cannot find a guide or video that shows how to open the smartband but have found this disassembly video of a Huawei Band (model unknown) which may be of some help.

Replacement batteries are available online. Just search for Huawei Band 3 Pro battery to get results for suppliers that suit you.

There was a supplier linked in my answer above.


The price of shipping is more than than the battery itself.



Can only suggest then that you open the smartband and check if the battery has a model number printed on it.

If so search online using the model number only to hopefully find suppliers.

The model number printed on the battery that I linked only gives results for the supplier I linked and it seems like it is just a compatible replacement and not an identical replacement.
