Red light comes on but blender doesn’t

@blender, This might sound silly, but did you make sure to align the 2 white arrows (the one on the handle of the Ninja and the arrow of the lid)? The Ninja blender needs the LID to be aligned correctly with the HANDLE for the blender to work properly.
I have the Ninja food processor and sometimes this happens to me.

Bl64230 Before putting the cup into place power button just blinks red. Putting cup on didn't change that.
