Primary Microphone Issues After Charging Port Replacement

Google Pixel 3 XL. Had a bad charging port, so replaced with iFixIt kit. Everything went smoothly and everything works great except now my primary microphone doesn't work. Speaker phone works, as well as voice-to-text. I've checked all connections and they're good. Would this board have anything to do with the microphone, and is it possible that it could be a bad board?
