My iPhone 5s is not turning on.

So my Iphone 5s is stucking at the apple logo screen, it’s not doing anything but stuck in that screen until it’s battery charge is 0%. From my assumption after taking it to local repair shops. It’s the hardware. Even after repairing the hardware It’s doing the same thing. help would be appreciated
