i have a ipod 4 the screen is badly cracked an the screen is white i can still get music to play without display . the hold button thing don't bring any apple sign would it be worth my while changing the screens would it solve the problems

It's definitely worth your while, but no guarantee that it's not something else. But, being that the screen is cracked, the odds are in your favor that it took a good enough jolt that caused the LCD to white screen. You won't know until you swap it out though.
