Why my ps4 dont show a picture

Hello, I bought a console from a friend for little money, when it turns on it doesn't show a picture, a year ago I ordered a new hdmi chip from Italy, changed it and I still have the same problems, when it turns on it doesn't show a picture, I tried reset everything but still nothing, i checked all the diodes but everything seems ok to me, please help, thanks in advance
