Is there anyway to get the photos off my dsi even though it is broken?

So my dsi's screen stopped working one day, I thought I'd have a look inside to see if there were any obvious things I could fix. Unfortunately the tabs on the P10 and P18 ribbon cable slots came loose and so it can't be put together. I was wondering if I could still get my precious pictures from it, even when it is in this state. Thanks.
