The mic, earphone and speakers
i can’t make calls without my headphones and I have to turn the headphones in the phone to “start” the speakers to use it

Common problem with 6plus, 6s plus and 7plus. You will probably have to reball or replace the audio ic.

Have you tried resetting all network settings or factory resetting the device to see if it's just software glitch or hardware problem?
