iPad 6 not turning on after screen replacement, overheating?

Using a new heat mat for iPad repairs. The iPad was charged to 30% power.

placed iPad on the heat mat for ten minutes at 60c back and then front.

iPad screen came away like normal , removed screws, removed digitizer and lcd ( screwdriver dropped on lcd without signs of physical damage), cleaned frame.

replaced digitizer and lcd attempt power on no results. Tried replacement lcd and iPad failed to power on.

completed an iPad 8 the same way and was fine. This iPad did it over heat ? Trying to find some answer for what I missed

You shouldn’t need to heat up the back of the ipad to soften the adhesive on the screen, at least in my experience. You may have overheated and damaged the battery or the board as I believe they’re not meant to be exposed to temps higher than 120F (48.9C). If you have a USB amp meter, connect that to the iPad to see if it draws any current. If it draws 0.10 amps or more then it could be a sign that the iPad is booting up and an indication that there’s something wrong with the LCD. It will jump up and down as it’s booting which is normal. But if it hangs below 0.10 for a while or if it drops to 0.00 and comes back up then it’s most likely boot looping.
